Learning with purpose
ikigize is named for ikigai — the feeling of a fulfilled life. We help people find it and keep it: work toward real goals, and learn what you need for the next step.
Our mission
The name is a verb: to ikigize someone is to help them find ikigai and keep it.
For us that means large goals, broken into work you can actually do. Each task is a small stretch on the path. You learn what that task needs, use it, finish it, and move on — at your own pace.
A lot of the knowledge you need already exists — in your files, in your team, in the world. Our job is to make it reachable at the moment it unblocks the work.
That is the same idea for one person and for an organisation. An organisation is a group of people working toward shared goals.
How we think about learning
Goals before topics
Start from what you're trying to do. Learn what the work needs — not a syllabus you hope becomes useful later. Broad learning is valid. This is the other path.
Small steps on a long path
Large goals, small tasks. Finish the step in front of you. Learn at your own pace.
Use what already exists
Slides, recordings, experts, the web. Make that knowledge usable when the task needs it.
One person or a whole team
Same method. Shared goals, shared work.
